Referral & Assessment Social Worker Opportunity - £33ph

My client, a Local Authority based in the North West of England, is looking for Qualified Social Workers to join its Referral & Assessment Team based in the Greater Manchester area.

A highly competitive salary of £32-33 per hour is being offered for this post. It is a Locum role, meaning you will get paid every week and earn more money!

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of Duty and Assessment cases. You will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and young people and making recommendations as to whether further intervention is needed. You will therefore be making the initial assessments of children and young people's needs and can quickly see the positive impact of your work.

The successful candidate:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker - have a social work degree
• Must be registered with Social Care Wales
• Must have at least 2 years experience in Referral & Assessment
