Business Development Director - Children's Charity
Our Client is an established charity which enables children and adolescents to recover from severe relational trauma, through the provision of specialist therapeutic residential care, treatment and education.
They are seeking a new Director of Business Development to lead, manage and innovate business development, new service development, marketing and referrals. The post holder will work in close partnership with other institute Directors such as the Therapeutic Services Director, Head of Fundraising and HR Development Manager. the position will report into the Charity's Chief Executive Officer.
To be considered the following experience is essential:
- Business development in a children's services setting
- Success in tender bidding and management
- Social care/education/health management
- Development project management
- Planning and budgeting
