Our client is currently searching for a Team Leader for MRO Procurement. You will here have the opportunity to lead a small team of around 3 people. As such this position is perfectly suited to a candidate who either has had some small leadership experience in the past, or someone who is ready to make a step up and take on some more responsibility. Your Responsibility:
- Procurement responsibility over all MRO processes
- Team leadership of around 3 team members directly reporting to you
- Strategic Category management of MRO coupled with the responsibility over 2 operative team members
- Implementation and optimisation of processes
Your profile:
- Academic or equivalent in technical or economic field
- Strategic and ideally some operative procurement experience
- Ideally some prior leadership experience or qualification to do so through prior accomplishments
