Biocides Regulatory Affairs Specialist - Saône-et-Loire

My client recently went through a Split-Up from a major group and has been thriving as an independent business. As a result the company has gone through a period of substantial growth with strong projections for 2021. To help the business move forward, they are looking for a dynamic Regulatory Affairs Specialist with an experience within Biocides.

Key Activities:

• Responsible for the Registrations of a Biocides portfolio at EU level
• Coordination of CROs for required studies and risk assessments
• Communicating with relevant authorities (e.g. ECHA) and industry associations
• Continual monitoring and anticipation of changes to existing legislation
• Working as part of the Global Product Safety and Regulatory Team
• Communicating with internal stakeholders and clients on Regulatory issues

Key Requirements:

• Around 2 to 4 years experience within EU BPR Regulation 528/2012
• Additional regulatory experience within REACh and CLP compliance
• An educational background within Micro Biology would be a major benefit
• Previous use of REACh-IT tools like IUCLID 5 or 6
• A professional level in both French and English

Additional Information:

• Location: Saône-et-Loire /71 - (Dijon: driving approx. 50 mins / TER approx. 40 mins)
• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
