Country Manager.clinical diagnostics.Lombardia

I'm looking to speak with sales professional looking to step in a Country Manager role. This is a company that had a strong growth due to continuous investment in COVID-19 related products and services and are looking to further develop the Italian market.

This means you will have freedom to implement strategies and also a commercial team that will support you in achieving a high turnover. You will get to manage/mentor 6 people that are specialists in their field and will not require great amount of training from your side, therefore through your leadership style you will take them to the next level in their careers.

The company has been in the market for over 30 years therefore they have built a strong reputation within genomic services and its innovative and customised technologies. This means you will work for a company in strong growth were you can contribute directly to the domination of their brand.

The successful candidate for this role will have:

• At least 10 years experience in sales of solutions/services in genomics/NGS/molecular biology
• 5 years in a management role
• P&L experience is mandatory
• Strategic and operative marketing experience
• Result orientated
