A unique opportunity has arisen for a commercial profile eager to step in a Country Manager role for a company globally known for its innovative and customised technologies within genomics.
In this role you will be responsible to manage and drive profitable business growth in life science industries and academic research institutions.
As Country Manager you will be responsible for motivating a team a sales team, defining sales strategy and expanding business relations for the genomics portfolio. You will take on a national role at director level, giving you a lot of responsibility within Italy. Your team will look to you for guidance on the sales strategy, as well as for advice and support as you all work together to maximise sales success.
The company has been in the market for over 30 years therefore they have built a strong reputation within genomic services. This will give you the chance to work in a dynamic company and promote one of the most innovative technologies. Allowing you to put your own spin on things and shape the growth of the company, becoming recognised in the industry for your achievements.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- At least 10 years experience in sales of solutions/services in genomics/NGS/molecular biology
- 5 years in a management role
- P&L experience is mandatory
- Strategic and operative marketing experience
- Result orientated
