Sales Manager, Pharmaceutical Business Intelligence, commercially driven, fast-growing Northern Irish Company
Working from home location, my client is looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales person with several years of sales experience within the Pharmaceutical industry. This role requires a dynamic and autonomous individual with a proven track record in sales that has interest in working on an international basis. In return you can expect a high degree of flexibility, independence and a generous salary on top of commission. You would also be a part of a rapidly expanding company that has several new products in the pipeline and is currently taking over the United States and looking to expand further into Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map out the potential customers within the pharmaceutical industry in the United States and Europe.
- Maintain relationships with customers that range from start-ups to multibillion dollar industry giants.
- Manage the complete sales process to completion including prospecting, booking meetings, holding demonstrations, closing of contracts and follow-up meetings with key accounts.
- Manage first line customer support
- Work together with HQ to develop and execute marketing programs, seminars and promotional materials.
- Maintain and develop the CRM database, provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry & drug delivery pipeline.
- Notable experience reaching and surpassing sales targets.
- Highly proficient sales and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple high value business opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience selling into pharmaceutical businesses
- Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics
- Willingness to work remotely and independently
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
