My client is currently searching for a Team Leader for Supplier Development. My client is on the worldwide leaders in process and packaging technology. As they are currently restructuring they are wanting to bring in a new Teamlead with a view to establish better suppler performance and quality in the long term. As such your leadership and technical expertise will enable you to make a real impact within this role!

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyse and improve supplier relations with a view to make supplier performance and quality more efficient in the long term
  • Leadership of a team of 10-12 employees
  • Locate issues in existing supplier relations

Your profile:

  • Technical qualification (Machine Engineering, technical Engineering, etc.)
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Ability to analyse technical drawings
