Salary: £31,000 - £39,000 DOE, plus bonuses

NonStop Care is working with a very well established Children's Residential Service in the North West in order to recruit a Registered Manager for a new home they are opening.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a new service, and you will have a major input into the selection of the staff team, and the referral selection in the home.

They are a therapeutic service with a team of specialist psychologists working across their homes to provide extra care and support to their residents as well as their staff.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the day to day running of a 3 bedded home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, including participating in an on call rota.

You will be responsible for seeing the home through Ofsted inspections and ensuring budgetary requirements are met.

Requirements

-Relevant Qualification in Children's Residential
-Level 5 in Management
-Previous experience in management roles in Children's Residential Services
-Drivers license and access to transport.
