Senior Marketing Manager - Northern, Central and Eastern Europe

We are currently working with one of the largest Agrochemical companies in the world who have been going from strength to strength in recent years. Over the past 6 months, they have been making a lot of strategic hires to stimulate the growth of the business in Europe. As part of their expansion plan, they are now looking for a Senior Marketing Manager of their Insecticides portfolio.

They company has a very strong presence within the Southern Zone and are looking to further penetrate countries by pushing up north and out east with a view to eventually dominating these markets before moving on to CIS countries. They have been recruiting form A to Z with and increased head count in everything from Top-Line management and re in the process of significantly expanding their on-the-ground sales people across these territories coupled with a strong Marketer.

The position will have a strong focusing on developing marketing strategies to help increase exposure of the portfolio across multiple countries. You will be working heavily with regional Sales and Marketing teams on the implementation of these strategies to grow sales. This means you will be playing a key role within the European affiliates with a lot of responsibility offering a solid challenge of any seasoned marketing professional.

The company as a wide variety of products ranging from seeds treatments all the way to post harvest fumigants and everything in between so there will be the opportunity to work on other marketing projects within the specialty crop categories that will keep things more varied and interesting.

Key Requirements:

• Around 10 years of Marketing experience within the Crop Protection sector
• Strong track record of developing successful Regional and/or EU Wide strategies
• Technical or Commercial background within Insecticides is mandatory
• A professional level of English

Reporting Line: EU Regional Head and Global Head of Marketing

Direct Reports: None - Managing Matrix Teams

Location: The Netherlands or United Kingdom w/ generous WFH flexibility
