For our client, one of the biggest companies from the chemical industry, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Expert expert in lamination adhesives ( Klebstoff Bereich ) to join their German entity in NRW.
With its innovative products and excellent reputation within the industry, our client offers you exceptional exposure to the global industry and fast career progression.
Your Profile :
- Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
- Experience working within the packaging industry
- Knowledge of lamination, labels, coatings and paper solutions
- Strong technical expertise in packaging industry
- Project management experience
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in German and English
Your tasks will include :
- Management of customer projects for Adhesives Packaging Business Unit
- Cooperation and technical exchange with KAMs and Sales Representatives
- Training of customers and colleagues on products and applications
- International travels to customers and suppliers
