Position Summary: The Data Analytics Manager is focused to solve problems as a part of the Coca-Cola Bottling Sales Operations & Analytics team. The primary purpose of the role is to work directly with leaders to structure projects, define business objectives and develop analytical approaches to solve complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: * Utilize a variety of tools (i.e., Tableau, Alteryx, or Excel) to develop financial and operational insights. * Work across all levels and functions of the business to ensure project recommendations are successfully implemented and tracked. * Work with the businesses' Information Technology and Business Intelligence to develop tools and dashboards to improve data visibility at all levels within the organization. * Gather and interpret data to support actionable improvement plans. * Partner with leaders to structure business problems, scope solution areas, define success criteria and launch initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to implement solutions. * Develop (key performance indicators) KPIs and performance dashboards to track project success. * Other projects or duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in analytical field (mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, finance, economics, or similar). * 5+ years experience in analytical role (consulting, engineering, finance, analytics, etc.). * Strong intellectual curiosity and business acumen. * Demonstrated internpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to interact at all levels of the company. * Expert proficiency in Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, SPSS or similar applications. * Capability to handle multiple tasks / projects at one time. * Ability to learn new skills quickly, willingness to expand current knowledge base. * Experience providing feedback and recommendations to senior leadership and/or clients. * Ability to learn new skills quickly, willingness to expand current knowledge base. * Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and deadlines. * Experience with other Microsoft based applications (Outlook, Word, etc.), with expert proficiency in Excel. * Travel requirement: 25% * This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test. Preferred Skills and Experience: * Master's Degree * Consumer Package Goods, Food or Beverage manufacturing experience. * Prior professional experience in project management * Experience with business intelligence and database management / applications.
