Supervising Social Worker - Home Based
£36,000 per annum, plus £1,200 car allowance
NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a very good Ofsted in the North West England area.
Your responsibilities as Supervising Social Worker will be to supervise a small caseload of 10 foster carers across the Lancashire area, mainly around Blackpool.
Benefits: The role is home based, so you will be in a safer position. You will have a more flexible schedule as well. Caseload is low, it is 10 foster carers, allowing you to focus on each case and finish work on time.
The IFA is therapeutic and you will receive therapeutic training. Also, they offer ongoing training and support and opportunities for career progression - they encourage their Supervising Social Workers to move into a Senior role with them and then into a management role, or you can move into an Assessment Manager role or even towards their training side. They also offer a very good annual leave plus birthday off.
