Senior QA Manager - Leading vaccines company

On Behalf of a leading biotech company in Copenhagen manufacturing vaccines. The company have ambitious growth plans over the coming years, and to achieve them will be growing significantly. For this journey they are looking for an experienced QA manager to manage a team of over 12 highly skilled QA specialists and QP's.

In the role of Senior QA Manager you will have the responsibility for evaluating, and updating Quality Management Systems from manufacturing, to fill-finish. You will be overseeing multiple aseptic areas, as the company is working on multiple different vaccines.

The Senior QA Manager will be responsible for setting out the plan for department prioritising the work. You will ensure the QA team is constantly evaluating and updating the process, whilst developing their skills and competences. You will ensure that the QMS in place are constantly reviewed, evaluated, and updated appropriately.

Who you are:
- You have extensive experience in change management
- You are a leader of leaders, experienced in leading team leaders
- You have experience as a QP in aseptic production
- You know the value of fostering a strong team environment
- You have excellent command of Danish and English both verbal and written
