We are currently representing a Bank in the area of St Gallen, who are looking for a Senior Transformation Manager for HR.

We are looking for experienced HR Transformation managers who could join, and support our client's new initiatives. It's a great chance for your to work with top management of the firm and be very close to their board of directors.

Your tasks:
  • Act as an agile coach in the implementation of strategic projects in the areas of culture, transformation and processes
  • You will help shape the sustainable development of agile competencies among managers and employees
  • You create complex, methodical and target group-oriented concepts and implement strategic initiatives in an agile manner
  • You design and accompany transformation and team processes
  • You are strong in implementation and able to create management presentations for the board of directors, the management and the HR department
  • o As a team, you continuously develop HR to meet the changing needs of the organization

Your profile:

* You have in-depth experience in the areas of transformation, agile project management and process optimization and you can support others in building skills
* You have strong conception, process and method skills
* As a strategically thinking personality, you actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our client
* You enjoy delivering high quality to management even in hectic situations
* As a communicative personality with a high team and result orientation, you will bring projects together with our customers to the goal, with creative solutions and a quick grasp of the matter
* You can prove several years of professional experience in a similar position
* You have completed training and further education at a university (FH, Uni)
* You can communicate easily in German (company language is German)
