Qualified Social Worker - Adults Services - Merseyside

A well-established local authority is looking for Qualified Social Workers to join its Adult Services in both its Hospital Discharge and Rapid Response Teams based in Warrington.

These are both Locum posts, offering competitive salaries of £24-26 per hour, depending on experience. The Locum roles provide you with job flexibility and money in your pocket every week!

The successful candidate in the Hospital Discharge Team will be working with residents in the Cheshire area, completing assessments under the Care and Capacity Acts and facilitating safe discharges from hospital.

The successful candidate for the Rapid Response Social Worker role will be responsible for completing Mental Capacity Act and Best Interests assessments and responding to adults in crisis.

Both roles will provide you with the opportunity to work in multi-disciplinary teams, working with other professionals, including health professionals. Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team is therefore needed.
