Job Details
My client is one of the leading manufacturers of central lubrication technology with over 600 employees and 3 plants in Germany.
As part of the continuous growth they are looking to hire an experienced EHS professional for their plant in Pottenstein.
Your tasks
- Analysis and adaptation of workplaces and processes in the working environment as well as updating and creating risk assessments
- Monitoring the implementation of occupational health and safety and accident prevention as well as ensuring compliance with the measures
- Identification and minimisation of hazards related to occupational safety
- Selection and testing of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Safety inspection of the operating facilities and technical devices
- Procurement of technical equipment and introduction of working methods and materials
- Analysis of data from risk assessments, inspections and incidents
- Information and training for employees
- Fire protection in the company
Your profile
- Technical / commercial vocational training with relevant further education or a degree in engineering and ideally several years of professional experience in the EHS area.
- Training as a specialist for occupational safety
- Training as a fire protection officer
- Good English and German knowledge
- MS Office knowledge
- Organisational skills, communication skills and independent working methods
