One of our well established clients are looking for a Drug Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to work at 50%, on a contract until at least the end of the year to be based in Basel.   • Ensuring SOP Matrix is maintained and kept up to date
  • Assigning appropriate training role for RA associates as requested
  • Creation and maintenance of training roles for RA associates
  • Resolving training assignment/DQT email notifications related issues
  • Organizing RA PRC SP site and maintaining the folders to ensure all of the required documents are archived appropriately
  • Acting as the administrator of system used by RA for review of documents and training assessment

This task includes following activities:

o Initiating Review workflow for Functional procedural documents

o Sending reminders to PRC members to complete their review in addition to automated emails generated by the system

o Share and archive appropriately the outcome with the relevant associates

o Coordinating these tasks with the Team Leader

  • Liaise with IT/LMS department for training role change requests or change in the content of training roles.

Minimum requirements

- 3 years experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience in Regulatory Affairs / Quality

- Basic knowledge of global regulatory/quality requirements and training management

- Understanding of MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with compliance mindset

- Superior communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
