Team Manager - MASH - 6 month contract - £39.07 hourly - Consistent work!

NonStop Care is currently partnered with a Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub in the West Midlands as they seek to take on an Interim Team Manager for approximately 6 months whilst the current manager has been seconded.

You will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 6 Social Worker's within the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub and providing them with support/supervision on a regular basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-renowned service and play a key role in the development of Social Care staff and the MASH service overall.

What they can offer you:

• Up to £39.07 hourly DOE.
• 6 month contract (On an ongoing basis)
• A manageable team size to oversee - you will be managing approximately 6 Social Worker's.
• A mixture of home/office working.
• 08:30am - 5pm working schedule - More structured than working within other areas of Children's Services.
