Customer Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) - Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung/Permanenteinstellung!
Mein Klient sucht im Moment dringend nach einer Arbeitnehmerüberlassung als Customer Service Mitarbeiter. Der Vertrag wird sich erstmal auf drei Monate beziehen, hat jedoch eine Option verlängert zu werden. Sie werden die Chance haben Teil eines qualifizierten Team aus sowohl erfahren wie auch neueren Kollegen zu werden. Bewerben Sie sich jetzt!
Ihre Verantwortung:
- Kundenbetreuung sowohl in schriftlicher als auch telefonischer Form
- Beantwortung der Auskünfte und Kundenanfragen
- Produktberatung
- Sicherstellung das Wünsche der Kunden reibungslos und ohne Probleme im Prozess von Bestellung bis Lieferung abgewickelt werden
- Erstellung von Finanzberichten, Umsatzanalysen und Forecasts
Ihr Profil:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Guter Umgang mit Microsoft NAV
- Deutsch, idealerweise auch Fremdsprache speziell aus dem osteuropäischen Raum
Die Position wird in Krefeld mit einer 50/50% zwischen Home Office und Büroarbeit gestaltet werden. Als solches wäre ein lokaler Kandidat oder jemand mit Umzugsbereitschaft sehr gut geeignet.
