Mein Klient sucht im Moment nach einem Teamleiter für den MRO Einkauf. Sie werden hier die Möglichkeit haben ein kleines Team von etwa 3 Mitarbeitern zu leiten. Als solches ist diese Position perfekt für einen Kandidaten der etwas Führungsverantwortung mitbringt oder bereit ist solche, neue Verantwortungen aufzunehmen. Ihre Verantwortungen:
- Einkaufsverantwortung über alle MRO Prozesse
- Teamleitungsverantwortung von 3 Mitarbeitern die direkt an Sie berichten
- Strategisches Category Management der MRO Kategorie, gekoppelt mit der Verantwortung über 2 operative Teammitarbeiter
- Implementation und Optimierung der Prozesse
Ihr Profil:
- Abschluss oder Ausbildung in technischem oder ökonomischen Feld
- Strategische und idealerweise etwas operative Einkaufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im MRO Bereich
- Vorherige Führungserfahrung
- Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
