Regulatory Expert in BPR

One of our clients is an international manufacturer of the highest standard of spa and pool water treatments, with 10 production facilities throughout Europe and a net sales of at least 85 million Euros each year. They are now looking for a team leader with extensive knowledge in REACH who also specialises in biocidal product registration.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who speaks multiple languages such as French or Spanish and is willing to relocate to Germany and be surrounded by some of the best regulatory experts in their field. Furthermore, you will be working for a company that only gives the best to their customers which has created long lasting and successful relationships.

As Team-leader you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the correct EU laws and regulations are in place in order to register the biocidal products accordingly
• Coordinate and manage your own regulatory team of internal and external consultants
• Oversee the company's safety data sheets
• Assisting the Research and Development team to improve the companies chemical product range
• Procurement and commissioning of testing laboratories for registration purposes

Requirements:

• Have a an excellent understanding of EU regulations, GHS/CLP and REACH
• A strong chemical background (Masters, Engineer or P.h.D)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BPR (preferable)
• Team leading experience would be an advantage
• Fluency in German and English (or French)
