Job Details
Our client, one of the biggest and most renowned medical communication agencies in UK, is looking for an outstanding Medical Editor to help them for more than 3 months. The projects involve different therapeutic areas, so you`ll get the chance to "sail in new waters" and grow into and "must interview" candidate!
As Medical Editor you will be responsible for providing editorial services and managing daily work-flow on assigned projects.
Responsibilities
* Copy-editing, fact checking, and proofreading assigned projects.
* Adhering to editorial processes and brand specific guides to ensure quality and profitability.
* Ensuring correct grammar, spelling, usage, and adherence to AMA style as well as product and agency style sheets.
* Fact checking and editing across both print and digital materials, with a focus on verifying scientific accuracy, audience appropriateness, scientific tone, and alignment with strategic project goals.
* Creating and maintaining editorial style sheets on assigned brands
Skills
*Experienced in referencing a scientific text
* 2-3 years of Pharmaceutical or medical communication agency experience
