Children's Registered Manager - Progression Opportunities
Salary: in the range of £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
NonStop Care is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join the team of a new home that is being opened in the Birmingham area.
NonStop's client are a national Children's charity with a fantastic reputation for staff development. They gladly support CPD and training for their staff, and more than 80% of their senior management team were promoted internally, so you will have excellent opportunities to progress in your career.
Responsibilities:
You will manage a new EBD home which is opening in the Great Barr area of Birmingham. You will lead the development of the staff team in the home, and ensure that residents are safeguarded and their needs met at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring that the home meets all legislative standards and performs well in Ofsted inspections.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are an experienced Registered Manager who has a good understanding of current Ofsted Regulations. You must have a Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Children's Residential.
