Salary between £35,541 - £45,058 depending on experience plus 2,000 Retention

NonStop Care is working with a very nice local authority in the Berkshire area in order to recruit for a permanent Social Worker for their Family Safeguarding Team.

Responsibilities: The local authority is using the Family Safeguarding Model, which helped them reduce their caseloads a lot. At the moment, the caseload is between 14 to 17 cases children (not families), giving you more time to focus on each case and finish work on time.

The cases are very close to the office, the furthest one is 4 miles away, so you will not be travelling too far.

The Family Safeguarding Model is a multidisciplinary multi-agency service, with Court Workers, Psychologists, Mental Health Workers, Domestic Abuse workers, Substance misuse workers, and two Adult Social Workers, that are all available in an open space office.
