Customer Service Expert / Adhesives - Germany
For our client, one of the best known companies in the chemical industry, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Expert ( Klebstoff Bereich ) to join their German entity.
With its innovative products and excellent reputation within the industry, our client offers you exceptional exposure to the global industry and fast career progression.
Your Profile :
- Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
- Experience working within the packaging industry
- Knowledge of lamination, labels, coatings and paper solutions
- Strong technical expertise in packaging industry
- Project management experience
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in German and English
Your tasks will include :
- Management of customer projects for Adhesives Packaging Business Unit
- Cooperation and technical exchange with KAMs and Sales Representatives
- Training of customers and colleagues on products and applications
- International travels to customers and suppliers
