Head of Operations- Biotech Manufacturing, Part of a large new investment with significant head count and production oversight.

We have been assigned to find talented senior candidates in the biologics manufacturing field who are ready and up for the challenge of managing key projects for a big name in the Pharma world. The company have recently invested very heavily in new operations and products and as such there is a real need for external talent to help lead some of the new divisions.

I've been working with this client for many years and they really offer very good long term packages, help with relocation and are a company with very good results and growth potential.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic and line management responsibility, ultimately responsible for project time lines, budget and delivery for a specific division within the company (Up to 200-500 reports)
• Providing leadership for areas within MSAT
• Leading process change and optimizing production operations

Key requirements:

• Life science degree
• A relevant candidate for this role should already hold a position such as a head of operations/site head/ head of production/engineering for a sizeable biologics manufacturing site managing 60+ people
• Proven experience within either DSP, USP, Microbial or Mammalian processes/product types
• Fluency in English, ideally fluency in German.
