BIOCIDAL REGISTRATION EXPERT

A client we are currently working with, is one of Europe's most established pool and spa water treatment manufacturers since 1955. They are looking for a team leader to guide their Regulatory division in Germany with expert knowledge in REACH and biocidal product registration.

The business has over 10 production facilities across Europe. This will be an excellent career opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their professional development, as you will be responsible for the registration of all chemical products marketed by the company in each country. Furthermore, you will be responsible for two regulatory specialists, which means that good team management and communication skills are essential.

Daily responsibilities:

• Ensuring the correct EU laws and regulations are in place in order to register the biocidal products accordingly
• Coordinate and manage your own regulatory team of internal and external consultants
• Oversee the company's safety data sheets
• Assisting the Research and Development team to improve the companies chemical product range
• Procurement and commissioning of testing laboratories for registration purposes

Requirements:

• Have a an excellent understanding of EU regulations, GHS/CLP and REACH
• A strong chemical background (Masters, Engineer or P.h.D)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BPR (preferable)
• Team leading experience would be an advantage
• Fluency in German and English (or French)
