This is a position for junior talent who would get enough respoonsibilities on their shoulders and manage projects from A to Z in the ICT area. Mission of the role:

• You lead projects in the field of software development (Java & .net), SAP ERP or postal business applications.
• As the ICT project manager, you are responsible for your project with regard to scheduling, financial and quality agreements from the initialization phase to successful implementation and handover.
• You communicate directly with internal customers and are the point of contact for all external or internal inquiries.
• You lead your project team in a goal-oriented manner and you plan, coordinate and monitor the tasks of your project staff.
• You collect technical requirements on your own initiative and are responsible for finding a suitable solution.
• Project marketing, contract management, controlling and customer care are also part of your area of ​​responsibility.

Requirements:

- You have leadership qualities, can motivate your colleagues to perform at their best and already have experience in the ICT environment or as a part / project manager, or you would like to start project work as a graduate student.

- In addition to general ICT specialist and high social skills, you are characterized by great motivation and assertiveness.

-You have a high affinity for technical and organizational problems.
