A Local Authority based in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced IRO to join their Quality Assurance and Safeguarding service that will be homebased and be given a higher degree of autonomy.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IRO to join a stable service which has long standing locums and a high number of permanent staff, resulting in job security within a team where disruption to your caseloads will be minimal. Furthermore you will be supported by a long standing senior management team who are employed on a permanent basis.

In line with current government guidelines you will be homebased and will have a greater degree of autonomy. You will be provided the equipment required to facilitate this way of working and most/all meetings will happen virtually.

To be considered for this post you should have previous experience of holding a similar position.
