Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic
Salary: £31,000 - £35,500 DOE
NonStop Care is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join the team of an Independent Fostering Agency in the West Midlands. They are a Therapeutic agency, providing specialist training and support to foster carers and enabling them to support each individual child to work trough their attachment issues and trauma and help them to develop positive relationships and grow their self esteem.
They will also support you to obtain your therapeutic qualifications, providing training in DDP Therapy.
Responsibilities:
You will have a protected caseload of 8 fostering households in the West Midlands. You will be responsible for providing carers with support and supervision. You will also be involved in the recruitment, assessment and training of new Foster Carers. The role will also require particiation in an out of hours rota.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker who is SWE Registered. You must have a full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle for business purposes. Experience in Fostering is an advantage.
