I am looking to talk to an experienced Medical Science Liaison based in Poland for the role of a Regional Medical Science Liaison Manager. The position is based out of Poland but has a regional reach focusing on CEE countries. Where: based out of Poland

Must haves: 5-10 years medical affairs experience, relevant scientific background - Medical Doctor, experience in one of the following TA-s: endocrinology/ cardiovascular/ infectious diseases/ oncology, fluent English.

Travel: about 40% in CEE

What you will do:

You are the strategic leader for the CEE medical affairs region and drive the team in order to achieve specific performance objectives across all levels (personal, department, company).

You will be in charge of creating, maintaining and improving Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships across the region.

You lead the way when it comes to relationship management with various healthcare providers, research organisations, collaborators, clinical investigators, key academic institutions.

You help create an outstanding product awareness in CEE.

You work in close cooperation with the whole of the global medical affairs team in order to create a globally aligned medical affairs strategy.

You will work on a manager level as part of a matrix organization.

You get to develop deliver clinical messaging for products in coordination with the commercial and Medical Affairs teams.

You will develop and execute educational programs for clinical messaging to key stakeholders such as healthcare providers, payers, regulators.

You will educate and coach the commercial team regarding scientific, clinical details of products and assist in the development of field activities.

Optimize communication and interactions with key customers and accounts by working with strategic managers within Medical Scientific Programs, Account Management and Sales teams.

You will assist in the tactical implementation of regional and local educational initiatives in concert with corporate and regional business goals.

You will assist the Medical Liaison Group in the integration of strategies, goals and messaging across supported diagnostic area.

You ensure the initiation of internal and external research projects involving present and future product pipeline.

You travel about 40%-50% of time in the region CEE.

Who you are:

You have a Medical Degree (MD).

You have an educational background and/or clinical experience in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and or Emergency Medicine or related field.

You have 5-10 years experience in Clinical / Medical Affairs on local and regional level.

You have experience in one of the following therapy areas: endocrinology/ cardiovascular/ infectious diseases/ oncology.

You have fluent English skills (C1,2).
