My client a major WW actor in his area (insurance - investments - client diversification wealth advisory) deals with many Ultra-High Net-Worth Individuals. Indeed many investment-based activities are they handle form their Luxembourg's subsidiaries.
This is high-end Wealth/Life Insurance for major clients located in France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, ...
Very international and collaborative work in small teams with a Legal & Compliance focus will help you get to the next level. Take the opportunity to open a close-collaboration with a 15+ year stable as well as a knowledgeable director.
More about the position:
Be knowledgeable in AML/KYC and CTF for major clients that have vehicles and holdings in Luxembourg.
The main requirements are to be in charge of Compliance Monitoring (partially after discussion with management with a legal risk-based approach.
Advise client's counterparts (legal, compliance, Board Directors).
Implement the legal watch in line with the "group's standards".
Training of junior analysts.
Your profile:
Compliance experience of 4+ years in Luxembourg in Wealth or "life insurance" products is the best match.
Legal degree and capability to communicate in French and English (Dutch, Italian, German, or other language can add value).
Capability to work in teams but also take on-the-spot advice and feedback.
Driven, focused, and agile in regards to the Legal risk-based compliance approach.
Compliance large scope TAX, Crime, Investment Compliance, Due Diligence, ...
The ability to communicate on the above topics with senior advises on the client and partner side.
