Sales Manager Romania - Automotive Coatings Manufacturer

I am currently working with an innovative industrial coatings manufacturer : my client is specialized and recognized in the manufacture of innovative and added value paints and coatings.

To support their growth in Romania, they are currently opening a position as Sales Technical Manager Romania with a strong focus on this given country but the person will be able to cover connex countries too.

Here are the missions:

• Your primary goal is to maintain & further develop the company's position in the respective area
• As a member of a small and human scale team, you are expected to gain knowledge of each specific application assigned to you and its potential in order to realize sustainable growth by expanding your pool of customers while maintaining and respecting existing partnerships.
• Approximately 50-70% of your time you will be visiting your customers. You report directly to the Sales Director
• You'll be part of a middle sized organization and work directly with the Business Units & Supply Chain teams located accross Europe

Required profile :

• You have a proven experience selling added value coatings
• You are used to deal with clients / prospects within the automotive industry (both OEM and tiers 1)
• A native romanian is mandatory, also the person has to be fluent in english
• The person has to be home-office based accross Romania
• You are recognised as a rigorous person who knows how to bring precision and organisation
• High self-drive & motivation in combination with a structured work approach
• Intercultural competencies
• Long-term focus / Team player
