Supervising Social Worker - DDP training provided
Salary: £31,000 - £35,500 DOE
NonStop Care is working with a Therapeutic Fostering Agency in the West Midlands who have a Good Ofsted, in order to recruit for a Supervising Social Worker to join them on a permanent basis.
They provide extensive training and development opportunities, including support for your full DDP 1&2 qualifications.
Responsibilities:
You will have a protected caseload of 8 fostering carers in the West Midlands. You will be responsible for providing carers with support and supervision. You will also be involved in the recruitment, assessment and training of new Foster Carers. The role will also require participation in an out of hours rota.

Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker
- SWE registered
- Full UK drivers license and own transport
- Previous experience in Fostering is an advantage
