Supervising Social Worker - Independent Fostering Agency

Supervising Social Worker needed to join an Independent Fostering Agency in Lancashire.

NonStop's Client, an established independent, not-for-profit, Fostering Agency with Foster Families across the country, are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join its team in Lancashire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of Foster Families based around Lancashire. They will be responsible for providing supervision and support to foster carers and potential foster carers to ensure safe and happy placements for children and young people in care.

This is a permanent role, offering a competitive salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 per year, depending on experience. A car allowance is also provided. This role offers job security and a stable financial income.

This is a home-based role, meaning you can conduct admin work from home, helping to keep you safe in the current climate and will save you time travelling to and from the office! Face to face visits to foster families will be required where necessary.

To be considered you:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker
• Must be registered with Social Work England
• Must have at least 2 years experience in Fostering as a Supervising Social Worker
