Senior Scientist DSP Development - Advanced Therapies - Switzerland

My client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Scientist to support their DSP Process Development team in Switzerland! Responsibilities
- Planning and performing of Tech transfers from development to GMP sites
- Planning, performing and evaluating DSP process development activities with focus on ATMPs such as mRNA, Exosomes and Viral vectors (AAV, Lentivirus, Retrovirus)
- Preparation and review of project documentation like risk assessments, SOPs, development plans and reports
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in DSP process development of ATMPs
- MSc in Biochemical engineering/Biotechnology/Biology/Biochemistry
- Sound knowledge of separation techniques for large molecules (e.g. Chromatography, Filtration, TFF, Ultracentrifugation)
- Experience with automated liquid handling systems favourable
- Fluency in English; German would be an advantage
