NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the West Mildands area.

On call is once every five weeks shared between team members. It is usually very quiet, as most families settled.

This is a 12 months maternity cover however there may be the opportunity for the role to become permanent after a year.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will have a caseload of 12 families - this is the maximum with assessments, for example the Social Worker might have 9 families and 1 or 2 assessments.The foster carers are in the West Midlands - Cannock, Sandwell, Birmingham, occasionally some cover for families they have in Coventry.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Supervising Social Worker or a Fostering Social Worker and if you have experience in providing guidance and support to foster carers. You must have a Social Work Qualification and a driving license.
