Method Development Senior Scientist - RNA/DNA - Switzerland
My client is a medium sized growing biologics manufacturer that is looking to recruit motivated scientists with experience in cell-based and bio-analytical method development.
They are looking to expand into gene and cell therapy and you will have the opportunity to get involved in multiple projects and track the progress of each till commercialization of the products.
You will also receive excellent training with state of the art equipment and methods to further grow your skills and career path.
Responsibilities:
- Developing cell-based and bio-analytical methods for nucleic acid based ATMPs (mRNA, Exosomes and Viral vectors)
- Setting up of laboratory and equipment needed
- Transfer of analytical methods to Quality Control Department
- SOP, reporting and planning preparation
Requirements:
- Industry experience in bio & physio-chemical characterization of nucleic acids (cell-based assays, spectroscopy, MS, UPLC, DLC & etc. )
- Experience in analytical method qualification
- PhD in life sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology or related fields)
- Fluency in English is a must, German is preferred
