Requirements:

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Plan and perform product demonstrations, installations, training and presentations at end-user sites.
  * Provide technical support for end users via remote or onsite trouble shooting.
  * Support marketing and sales in identifying key customer segments and developing strategies to increase reach and revenue.
  * Generate marketing, scientific and product relevant material for prospective and existing customers.
  

Qualifications:

• Degree in Biochemistry or Biophysics, ideally PhD, with a focus on protein chemistry.
  * Previous experience in Application roles is an advantage, but not a must.
  * Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  * Location in Copenhagen, or willingness to relocate.
  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  * Fluency in English language, knowledge of Danish an advantage.
  * High drive combined with a motivated work ethic, and an outgoing personality with a willingness to travel when required.
