Ofsted Registered Manager
NonStop Care is looking for a Registered Manager who can oversee a 4 bedded residential home for children and young people with complex needs and challenging behaviour, age 5 to 19 years old. The home is located in the Surrey area.
The home is part of a well established charity with an excellent reputation. They offer ongoing support to each manager, allowing you to deliver an outstanding service for the children in care.
The Children's Home Manager will have the opportunity to progress into a senior management role.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be registered with Ofsted. You will be managing a 4 bedded residential home.You will be managing an experienced team of staff ensuring the best possible level of care for the children and young people in care.
You will also be managing the budget.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
- be a Registered Manager / Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager
- have experience in working with children and young people with challenging behaviour, within a residential setting
- have a very good understanding of the Ofsted regulations
- have or be willing to work towards achieving the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
