Supervising Social Worker
NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Nottinghamshire area, in order to recruit for a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
The role is home based and it involves mainly supervision of the foster carers, so no form f assessments.
This is a small Independent Fostering Agency, with 23 households. They have a Good Ofsted rating.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will have a small caseload of foster carers - max 12. You will offer support and training to the foster carers.
Benefits:
- a good salary which can get up to £35,000 per annum

- 30 days + bank holidays and 2 months full pay 2 months ½ sick pay

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Supervising Social Worker or a Fostering Social Worker. You must have experience in supervising foster carers. You must have a driving license as well.
