OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST CONTRACT
I am motivated to offer an exciting new role, available in the borough of London's most satisfied residents, who are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work in a multi disciplinary setting. My client is looking for a HCPC qualified Occupational Therapist to join their service in preparing and implementing your knowledge and experience to a mix of complex and standard cases.
You will make a difference in improving the health and well-being of people with a range of health conditions and their carers through your knowledge and understanding of specialist equipment, major adaptations and manual handling.
Job Details:
- Use your professional experience to undertake complex holistic person-centred assessments and support planning and reviews.
- Assessing and making recommendations for major adaptations and complex equipment
- Experience with working in a multi professional team
- Knowledge of legal social care framework and housing legislation
- Capacity to work independently and prioritise and plan your own work load.
- Membership of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
