NonStop Consulting AG are currently representing a well known Bank in the region of Basel, who are currently looking for a Sales leader who will head up their Wealth Management department.
We are looking for a strong character, with ambitions to help and develop a team of 5 private bankers!
Your tasks:
-As a member of the management, you implement the strategic goals and specifications at the operational level
-lead the Wealth Management department with 5 employees in a sales-oriented manner
-You look after your own customer portfolio, you work on the existing clientele of the bank, and you also work on acquiring more HNWIs
Your profile:
- Strong education, in Business or Finance
- Broad banking expertise with a focus on private banking as a client advisor for many years
- A strong knowledge of the local market, and the needs of Swiss clients
- Successfully lead a team of Relationship Managers
- Fluent German, ideally Swiss German, and English
