Fostering Team Manager
NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the East Midlands area in order to recruit for a Fostering Team Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will be joining a small Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating.
Responsibilities:
The Team Manager will be working closely with the Operational Manager in order to run the Independent Fostering Agency. You will be managing a small team of Supervising Social Workers.
Benefits:
- Salary - up to £42,500 per annum
- Generous Annual Leave - 30 days plus bank holidays

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Team Manager with experience in fostering. You must have a good understanding of the Ofsted and fostering legislation and a Social Work Qualification.
