Registered Fostering Manager
salary - up to £60,000 per annum
NonStop Care is looking for a Registered Fostering Manager for a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the North West England area. This is a permanent role, offering you stability.
The IFA is small. They have a Good Ofsted rating and they are looking to grow. This means you will have the opportunity to progress your career with them into a senior management role.
Responsibilities:
The Registered Fostering Manager will lead and motivate a small team of experienced Supervising Social Workers. You will ensure the agency provides outstanding care and the best possible outcomes for the children in care.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Registered Fostering Manager, a Fostering Team Manager or if you have management experience within fostering - this could be as part of an Independent Fostering Agency or as part of a Fostering team within a local authority. You will have a Social Work Qualification and a good understanding of the fostering legislation and national minimum standards.
