Junior Accountant / Buchhalter - Hamburg - Start immediately

My client is a mid-sized, very fast-paced pharma company in the area of Hamburg, that is now looking for a full-time Accountant with just 2-3 years of experience to join their team immediately.

Accountant (m/f/d)

Tasks:

- Checking, account assignment and posting of incoming invoices, as well as subsequent
filing
- Account assignment and posting of daily bank statements
- Processing and posting of travel expense and credit card statements
- Reconciliation and maintenance of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Administration and accounting of the cash register
- Management of open items, dunning and SEPA direct debit collections
- Supervision of asset accounting and posting of depreciation
- Participation in monthly and annual financial statements according to HBG
- Processing of payment transactions in NAV
- Posting of accruals

Profile:

- Successfully completed commercial training
- Knowledge of accounting issues according to HGB, at least two years of
professional experience in accounting
- Experience in the independent execution of accounting processes
- Independent, goal-oriented and conscientious way of working
- High level of commitment, ability to work under pressure and organizational skills
- Good handling of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV, as well as of the
MS-Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
- FLUENT GERMAN and very good English skills
