Customer Service/ Inside Sales - Leiden, Netherlands

My client is a privately owned medical devices company and is currently looking for a customer service/inside sales representative to join their team.

Given their proactive management they have never undergone a restructuring and have been growing at a rapid pace year on year, offering you a stable and rewarding career.

Due to their growth, they are looking for a motivated individual to assist their UK Operations in the customer service and office support area, allowing you to broaden your horizon and work alongside professionals in your field.

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for customers with queries regarding purchase orders, pricing & processing
• Working closely with the sales and marketing team
• Maintaining a customer and customer training course data base
• Participating in the preparation for presentations, tenders & contracts
• Maintain and update the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Movex)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in order management and service agreements
• Previous experience as a customer service or inside sales representative
• Experience in the medical devices or diagnostics industry an advantage
• Fluency in Dutch & English is a must
