Your responsibility:

• Leadership and Development of 8 direct reports within the Inside Sales team both on national and international level
• Price negotiation for Sales customer projects
• Support of the team in day to day business activities
• Optimisation of work flow with a view of strengthening customer satisfaction
• Conception and adoption of digitalisation strategy of Inside Sales

Your Profile:

• Economic or technical equivalent qualification
• 3-5 years experience as Team Leader in Inside Sales or similar position
• Comfortable with SAP/CRM
• Negotiation experience
