Scientific Director - CRO

My client is the only fully integrated biopharmaceutical solutions organization in the world.

Their MedComms team focuses on peer-to-peer scientific communication through a range of global, regional, and a small number of local channels.

The primary purpose of this role is to work alongside the account teams in being accountable for meeting the business objectives of the clients both strategically and financially. As well as using experience to develop innovative tactical and strategic plans that are well aligned to client needs.

• Scientific Narrative Development
• Scientific Communications Platform Creation
• Competitive Landscape Assessment
• Peer-To-Peer Communication and Education
• Advisory Boards and Steering Committees
• Digital and Social Media Strategy
• Education Content Development and Execution
• Publication Strategy and Support
• Speaker Bureau and Congress Management

They work with multiple therapeutic areas which include but not limited to: Oncology, Gastro, Cardiovascular, Fertility, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Rare Diseases

Your background:

• Must have extensive Medical Writing experience gained within a Healthcare Agency setting
• Apply sound business insight & judgement in the best interests of the agency & our clients
• Has an expert level of understanding of med comms and the overall healthcare industry and shares their point of view internally and externally
• Has a track record of identifying potential issues before they arise and pro-actively managing them
